Before
installing the latest version of driver software, please uninstall
any previous version of software components if there's any.

Disconnect your
product's USB cable from the computer.
-
Download the
following drivers and save all files to the same
directory.
＊＊When
downloading, please refer to the actual file name even though
there
would be different file names
between different operating
systems.
(a)
Scanner：
Do
not download it if there is no
”Generic
Scanning Module” within all
file
contents.
You have to download both of the ”TWAIN Driver and Panel”
and
”Generic
Scanning Module” file contents.
(
Web.exe ~ Web.w0x. and UP_LIB.exe ~ UP_LIB.w0x.)
(b) Camera：
You have to download the ”TWAIN Driver” file
content.
(
Web.exe ~ Web.w0x.)

How
to install it ?
(a) Scanner：Click
and execute the Web.exe
and UP_LIB.exe programs.
(b) Camera：Click
and execute the
Web.exe.
-
After
driver installation is completed, please you are required to reboot your
computer.
-
Enter
Windows operating system, and connect the product to the computer
for the first time. After that the ”Found New Hardware Wizard” dialogue box in Figure 1. will
appear, please
click ”Next” to continue with the hardware
installation procedure.

Then
the dialogue box in Figure 2.
will appear, asking you to decide whether or not to continue
installation.

Please
click ”Continue Anyway” to complete
the Hardware installation successfully.
( Note:
Our
driver has been testing for Windows XP-compatible certification by
Microsoft at this moment. It is safe to run. )
