Issue, 15/May/2000, rated by one of the biggest German Magazines (Computer Easy), the BearPaw 1200 was the winner from a scanner group test including Avision, Epson, HP, Microtek, Mustek, Plustek, Umax, & Visioneer

The BearPaw 1200 performed well in two test sections: End User Test and the Tech. Lab. Test.

The Mustek BearPaw 1200 won the overall best result for ease of use, scan quality, scanning speed, handbook guide/instruction, and the other facilities (scan-programs).
