As of March 2010, the rights to operate and sell “Mustek” brand products line in European countries has been obtained by Mustek Europe GmbH ( used to be known as Mustek Optic-Computer & Communication International GmbH).

This is to declare that Mustek Europe GmbH & Mustek Systems Inc (Taiwan) are two separate companies with NO legal relationship. Mustek Systems Inc. (Taiwan) will NOT be held responsible for any Mustek brand products sold and distributed in European countries.
